UCPath ID in AggieDocs

Existing UC Davis employees will be issued a new UCPath ID number when UCPath goes live.  All new employees will only have the UCPath ID. The existing look-up functionality in Aggie Docs has been expanded to include both legacy (UC Davis PPS) ID and the new UCPath ID. 

Type or paste ID number in ID field:

  • PPS (legacy UC Davis) ID number are 9 characters
  • UCPath ID numbers are 8 characters
  • If an employee was active on 9/4/19, they will have both a PPS and UCPath ID number- enter whichever ID number you have
    • If you have the UC Davis/PPS ID, enter it in the Employee ID field and press TAB.  The Employee Name will populate.
    • If you have the UCPath ID, enter it in the UCPath ID field and press TAB.  The Employee Name will populate.
  • If an employee was hired after 9/5/2019, they will only have the UCPath ID
  • You must use the appropriate field to generate the look up
