
EDMS Retirement
As you may know, over the last 2 years our support of the Oracle EDMS system has been winding down. We have been actively working to migrate all customers and documents from the legacy EDMS system to AggieDocs. Our migration has been a phased approach, bringing over several departments at a time, and reducing the access to EDMS incrementally. All of the departments that were migrated had the ability to validate their documents within a test environment as well as the production environment. After an interim period, we removed customer access to the EDMS portal but kept it available for IT to access if needed.
We have now successfully passed the last phase gate that allows us to terminate our EDMS services. We stand reassured that all customer documents are available within AggieDocs. After May 31, 2020, we will no longer have access to Oracle EDMS. If you have any questions or concerns or feel that you are unable to access a specific document, please let us know immediately by emailing aggiedocs@ucdavis.edu. We appreciate each and every one of the campus customers that participated in the RFP process, in unit testing, and have worked with us to ensure a successful transition.
